Perfectly located and clean hotel with friendly hosts.

While the hotel's layout felt welcoming, accessing our room required navigating several steps, which was incredibly frustrating with heavy luggage. The parking system recommended by the hotel also left much to be desired, as retrieving the car took multiple calls, adding unnecessary stress to our stay. Additionally, I found the room somewhat lacking in amenities, particularly missing a second chair for comfort during meals.

Exceptional service and a prime location! Sylvie provided fantastic recommendations and organized special treats for us. The room was impressively spacious, immaculate, and had a lovely balcony for drinks. Breakfast featured delightful pastries and various options daily. This gem in the heart of town made for an unforgettable stay!

It was just an ideal choice for a walk in the evening in Sorrento with great value for money. I appreciated the nice touch of having a fridge stocked with drinks. Try to arrive early to get the best parking spots nearby.

The room was beautifully designed and spotless! The spacious bathroom was sleek, and I loved having Netflix to chill after a long day. Plus, the fridge was stocked daily with juice and soda, which was a nice touch. Sylvie the manager was super helpful with every little request, making stay a breeze. The location was perfect too, right near all the action in Tasso Square.

great location

i had a fantastic stay at elys suites! the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything but still felt quiet. the superior double room was larger than expected and had a comfy bed. A lovely balcony to enjoy drinks. Sylvie's service was exceptional. she gave us wonderful recommendations, making our visit even better.

And the only downside was some noise from the street at night. But the room was immaculate, with a spacious bathroom! Sylvie was super accommodating, and breakfast was delightful with fresh pastries and unlimited coffee! !
